The focus of this week's Science lesson was switches. In small groups, the children made their own switch using card and 2 metal paper fasteners. They then made a circuit with a bulb, cell, wires and their handmade switch. They observed that their switch could open (break) and close (complete) the circuit, making the bulb light up or go off.
