Appeals Timetable 2027/28

In accordance with the School Admission Appeals Code, the following timetable applies for the September 2027 intake:

National Offer Day	16 April 2027
Deadline for lodging an appeal	14 May 2027 (at least 20 school days from offer day)
Appellants to receive notice of hearing	At least 10 school days before the hearing
Deadline for additional evidence	5 school days before the hearing
Appeals to be heard	Within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals
Decision letters sent	Within 5 school days of the hearing
Late Submissions	If you submit your written appeal after 14th May 2027, it will be marked as late and may not be heard until after September 2027

3. Future Arrangements (2028/2029)

Status: Pending Determination (By February 2027)
